During the provisional publication of the details of a property registered in the land registry (Land Registry Posting), serious errors may be detected, such as incorrect entries by third parties that affect your ownership, or significant geometric discrepancies — such as overlap or deviation in the location or area of the property greater than ±20%. In such cases, an objection must be submitted to the Land Registry within a strict deadline; otherwise, the property will be registered as it appears, and correcting its details will require following legal procedures.
